Greece Golden Visa Program 

The Golden Visa program offers third-country citizens the opportunity to obtain a Residence Permit in Greece through investment in real estate.

• Investments in real estate valued from 400,000 euros (Halkidiki, Pieria region, etc.) with a minimum living area of 120 m²
