Detached House, Pieria – Palaios Panteleimonas

In the traditional settlement of Palaios Panteleimonas, for sale an excellent 2-level detached house of 190,68 m² on the plot of 168 m².
The settlement is built at the foot of the Olympus mountain range, at an altitude of 440 m, is a sample of traditional uniform Macedonian architecture, with picturesque alleys, local tourist shops, its central square, with the centuries-old plane trees that adorn the stone village.
The reconstruction of the detached house was carried out in 1999, with respect to its original architecture, preserving the local color.
The house consists of 2 independent maisonettes that communicate with each other, but they also have separate entrances.
